The Informed Kansan was founded by Paul K. Wilson, DPM. As a frontline clinician with a longstanding interest in public policy, Dr. Wilson brings a practical, analytical perspective to the issues affecting Kansans. His goal is not to tell Kansans what to think, but to provide the context and information needed to reach informed conclusions.
